PRP SOLUTIONS supplies sterile, single-use platelet-rich plasma preparation kits and related consumables, and provides procedure-support services to the treating physician. Orders are accepted from patients advised a PRP procedure by their doctor, and from clinics.

What we do
Services
A supply and support service for platelet-rich plasma procedures. Clinical assessment, the decision to treat and the procedure itself remain with the treating physician.
PRP preparation kits
Sterile, single-use kits containing the collection tube, anticoagulant and transfer set required to prepare autologous platelet-rich plasma at the point of care.
Procedure consumables
Needles, syringes, dressings and ancillary disposables supplied alongside the kit so a scheduled procedure is not held up for want of an item.
Procedure support
Preparation and handling support on the day of the procedure — centrifugation protocol, timing and sterile transfer — carried out under the treating physician's direction.
Clinic supply
Repeat supply to clinics and day-care units in and around Ballari district, with scheduling against the clinic's procedure list.

Payments are collected online through Cashfree Payments. You will be taken to a secure payment page where you can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card or bank details. A payment receipt is sent to the email address or mobile number you enter on the payment page.

Your treating doctor assesses you and, if a PRP procedure is appropriate, tells you which kit is required and when.

We supply and prepare
The kit is reserved for your procedure date and prepared at the point of care on the day.
Procedure day
The procedure is performed by your treating physician. We provide preparation and handling support only.

Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the sale of kits and consumables and the supply of procedure-support services by PRP SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship of Dr. Trivikram Gurram, registered at C41, North Block, near SBI Bank, Ballari district, Karnataka 583118 ("we", "us").
What we supply
We supply single-use PRP preparation kits, related consumables and preparation support. We do not diagnose, prescribe or decide on treatment. Any clinical decision, including whether a PRP procedure is suitable for you, rests with your treating physician.
Orders and prices
- Prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we have acknowledged it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a kit is unavailable or if the order does not match the procedure advised.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact details and the procedure date at the time of ordering.
- Order only the kit your treating doctor has advised.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the clinical outcome of any procedure, which is outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ballari, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email address and the details of your order. If you pay online, the payment is processed by Cashfree Payments — your card, UPI or bank details are entered on their secure page and are never collected or stored by us.
Why we hold it
To confirm and fulfil your order, to schedule supply against your procedure date, to issue receipts, and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with our payment processor for the purpose of collecting payment, with your treating clinic where needed to schedule supply, and where the law requires disclosure. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law. Other contact details are deleted on request.
Your choices
Write to vikram99r@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within 30 days.
This website
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not set cookies for profiling.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Before dispatch or preparation: cancel by phone or email and you receive a full refund.
- After the kit has been opened or prepared: the kit is a sterile single-use medical consumable and cannot be returned or refunded once its seal is broken.
- Unopened kit, wrong item or damaged on arrival: tell us within 48 hours of receipt and we replace it or refund it in full.
- Procedure postponed: your payment is held against the rescheduled date at no extra cost, or refunded in full if you prefer.
- Duplicate or failed payments: refunded in full as soon as they are identified.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The amount typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank. Raise a refund request on +91 94415 14932 or at vikram99r@gmail.com, quoting your payment reference.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Kits are ordinarily handed over at the clinic on the day of the procedure, reserved against the date your doctor has given you.
- Where delivery is requested to an address in Ballari district, we dispatch within 2 working days of confirmed payment and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
- Outside Ballari district, delivery is by courier and timelines depend on the courier; we share the tracking reference once dispatched.
- Delivery charges, if any, are told to you before you pay.
- If a kit cannot be supplied by your procedure date, we tell you at once and refund in full.
